Director - Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning - Research/Analytics

Responsibilities :

- Solve complex business problems of global organizations by applying Machine/Computer Vision, Advanced Optimization, and (Deep) Machine Learning technologies.

- Systemic AI Research and Algorithm Development for the application of Machine Vision to multiple business use cases.

- Partner with other AI leaders of the company to build comprehensive AI Roadmaps and develop multi-modal cognitive capabilities in multiple product and solution offerings.

- Envisage next-generation challenges, and develop Proof-of-Concepts/Prototypes to solve the same.

- Facilitate the IP generation process in the organization and works towards patenting of inventions.

Experience :

- Masters/Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning or related areas.

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, with at least 5 years in Computer Vision.

- Strong expertise in two or more of these: TensorFlow, Keras, Theano, OpenCV, PyTorch.

- Strong Expertise in using Deep Neural Networks for complex pattern recognition.

- Ability to understand complex system architecture and components.

- (Preferred) Prior experience in working on Big Data environments like Hadoop, Spark, etc.

- (Preferred) Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Reinforcement Learning (RL).

- (Preferred) Expertise in Evolutionary Algorithms and Advanced Optimization Techniques.

- (Preferred) Track record of publishing technical papers in reputed journals and filing patents.
