Director - Analytics Head - Consumer Banking Domain

JOB TITLE: Director-Head of Analytics (15-20 years/Female Candidates)

An exciting opportunity to head global analytics and information management senior leadership team and show case exceptional skills in developing and deploying strategic decisions w.r.t Analytics. You will be responsible for deploying next gen analytics solutions and smooth adoption of the same, particularly digital analytics and risk analytics.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Managing a data team in a large scale environment who architects the deployment of new generation analytic tools and techniques, particularly in the Next Gen and Digital space.

- Deployment of digital analytics.

- Lead 3 Large teams, manage a direct team comprising of a Director, SVPs and VPs and manage a total Headcount of close to 150 Niche Skilled Analytics resources-

- Team 1- Digital, Ops Analytics and Text To Speech

- Team 2- Next Gen, Sales Practice, Special Projects and New Businesses

- Team 3- Risk Analytics

- Lead the Skill Learning Capability team from the organization

- Customer & Revenue Impact- The role has an indirect impact on 120- 150 MM Customer and USD 200-250 MM Revenue Opportunity.

- Use a variety of legacy and emerging analytic techniques incorporating supervised and unsupervised machine-learning methods to be deployed in business decisions (Marketing, Risk, Fraud, Pricing, and Operations).

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

- 15-20 years of relevant experience into Analytics mainly in consumer banking.

- Looking only for female candidates.

- Hands on wide variety of Machine learning and advanced analytics techniques to leverage business data.

- Prior experience of leading a team of 100+ members.

- Hands on Deployment and development of next gen analytics solutions.

- Excellent written and communication skills.
