Responsibilities: - Leading and owning data and analytics for Sales BU. - Building sales insights by executing diagnostics/predictive analytics covering the entire sales cohort from various parameters like inputs, product, category etc. - Designing programs targeting sales performance- incentives, appreciation, rewards, performance management - Leading a Team of 2-5 - Management dashboard designs and reporting process automation to enable business objectives - Execution of RCA and hypothesis based analysis to support the business insights and embed those into business actions - Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making.
