Director - Analytics - eCommerce

- Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management. The candidate shall be responsible for handling and integrating large volumes of data from various sources.

- Lead and develop a team. to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfil the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy. Candidate shall also be responsible for mining the data and coming up with actionable insights.

- Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly

- Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of data to deliver the data while leveraging all available assets

- Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, product development process adherence, and performance and budget targets are met

- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions.

- Advanced knowledge of a query language SQL/MySQL/T-SQL is a must

Experience with Python/R and advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must

- Good to have experience in machine learning projects.

Candidate Profile:

- Min 12+ years of experience.

- Strong Logistic regression and Advanced analytics.

- Strong Mental Aptitude / IQ is the most essential criterion for eligibility

- B. Tech/ B.E. /M. Tech. Graduate in Computer Science or related fields (Tier 1 institutes preferred)

- Experience with clickstream data is strongly desired
