Director - Analytics - Asset Wealth Management Team

We are looking for a Senior Leader to join the Asset Wealth Management Team as an Analytics leader focusing on utilizing Marketing/sales data to optimize sales productivity, business development and marketing strategies.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Support initiatives to deliver information and business intelligence strategies across Sales & Marketing groups by translating key business questions into structured analysis and providing actionable insights.

- Collaborate with technology teams to establish a center of excellence around visualization strategies and implement solutions including executive reports, dashboards, and data quality tools.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics, including AI/ML, to solve complex business problems.

- Embed analytics processes in organizational decision-making by applying descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques.

- Develop analytical frameworks for marketing measurement, in-depth data exploration, segmentation, engagement models, market opportunity sizing, and recommendation engines.

- Proactively improve internal systems/applications to align with changing strategies and stakeholder requirements.

- Drive strong stakeholder engagement across business functions, technology partners, and extended global teams to provide relevant data solutions.

- Enable the team to achieve modernization and integrity across the client journey by deploying effective governance and design strategies.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative-focused field preferred.

- Proficiency in computer languages (Python, Pyspark, etc.) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

- Experience with machine learning libraries and algorithms (Numpy, Pandas, Sci-kit learn, linear regression, logistic regression, SVMs, neural networks, etc.).

- Strong visualization capabilities and technical expertise in data mining (SQL, Python, etc.).

- Experience managing dynamic high-performance teams in a matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Understanding of Investment Management Business, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts preferable.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert data into compelling stories.

- Self-motivated, team player with strong work ethic and ability to build relationships across global teams.
