Director - Analytics

Consulting & Analytics,

Position would be responsible for management and growth of consulting and analytics practice, will work with the management team in expanding the Consulting and Analytics footprint within our CLIENT and will lead the Consulting and Analytics operations agenda.

This role also requires working closely with senior leadership of the organization and assisting in articulating strategic intent through analysis, collaboration and consensus. The responsibilities also include implementation of strategic initiatives and cross functional projects. An ideal candidate is someone who has diverse experience in IT/BPO consulting, analytics, management and delivery.

Candidate Profile

- Should have build analytics division in a startup or new venture

- 12+ yrs exp

- Good Educational backgroud

- BTech / PG degree in Quantitative sub / MBA

- Development & conceptualisation is focus not delivery

- Combo from consulting & analytics

- Good in Decision Management and Client Communication

- Business Development
