The Edge Partnership has a well-established track record in supporting the establishment and growth of GCCs in India over the last 10 years. As our market share and team continues to expand in this sector, we are actively looking for an equally experienced individual to lead our Financial Services GCC practice. Reporting directly to the Managing Partners you would be joining a well-established platform from which to operate, with an enviable client list of international banking clients.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Your role would be to operate at the senior level of the market in terms of actual recruitment, managing clients and developing new ones.

- You will also be responsible for identifying areas of development for the business within this sector.

- You would be solely responsible for managing, developing, and growing the team.

- You would be closely involved in the strategic development of the division and be continually looking at ways to expand the business domestically and internationally.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- We are looking for an individual with a strong individual revenue track record, people management experience as well as Business Development skills and experience.

- You will be someone who has demonstrated professional development within their previous organization by having had an impact on their growth.

- You will be able to develop your division's 3-year strategic plan and have the ability to execute on it.
