Job Summary :

- We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to join the leadership team as the Director of Affordable Housing & Loan Against Property.

- This pivotal role will drive the overall business P&L, operations strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the company's continued growth and success.

About the Client : Our client is a leading and profitable FinTech & Financial Services organisation, with offerings across Unsecured Credit, Mortgages, Savings, and Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire lending operations and business teams for Affordable Housing & Loan Against Property.

- Responsible for monthly business and P&L targets.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as tech, product, credit, data science, etc. to ensure the success of your business line.

The successful applicant :

- 8+ years of overall experience and minimum 5+ years of post-MBA experience.

- 2+ years of experience in leading large operational teams is a MUST.

- A top tier MBA/engineering is a MUST. MBA is highly preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in Affordable Housing / LAP business with a Bank / FinTech / HFC / NBFC is a MUST.
