- Supervising & managing administrative employees, directing operational strategies, allocating funding to departments, monitoring budgets, enhancing information systems, updating senior executives, and creating operational procedures and policies
- Ensuring complete safety of assets and employees, integrated Security Management System and Compliance of Security
- Liaising with Police and Govt. Agencies to mitigate lawful issues along with the training and skill Building of Security Personnel
- Someone who understands Admin law, building campuses, running safety hygiene, security, housekeeping and has liaising experience, dealing with government authorities
- Excellent business sense with a focus on regulatory compliance, human management, and financial management
- 10+ years of experience in Experience in negotiating with government officials, managing safety hygiene, security, and cleaning on campuses, and understanding administrative law
