Brief Snapshot:

- Experienced person at a D/AD level in the CF Valuations team in the B entity. The candidate should have an existing CoP. Previous experience in public sector merger and/or RBI valuations is a must.

- Management experience on - Valuations engagement over last 10 years

- Mergers swap ratio experience – again primary

- Rest would be discussed on application.
