Director - Accounts Receivables - Banking

- Leads a Billing area consisting of multiple teams responsible for producing invoices and setting up billing accounts.

- Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.

- Develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key initiatives. Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.

- Participates in long-term or strategic planning for the Billing function designed to improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality.

- Leads a Billing area consisting of multiple teams of Billing professionals
