About our Client - Our client is a market leader in the FMCG sector and is a group company of a large Indian conglomerate. They are now looking for a dynamic manager of finance & accounts to help them growth further.

Job Description : As the Director Accounts you will report in to the Corporate CFO and be responsible to:

- Provide day to day management and leadership in all areas of Finance and Accounting and develop an efficient, effective and positive team

- Oversee and develop the budgeting, financial analysis, financial and management reporting functions to provide monthly financial statements to senior management

- Establish clear and open lines of communication and translate complex information into understandable terms for non-financial professionals

- Oversee and develop financial reporting systems which provide better real time information

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements or automation and then drive for the implementation and solution

- Consistently maintain a client service focus with regard to both internal and external clients; responding promptly and efficiently

- Facilitate and support the annual review by outside auditors, resulting in an unqualified opinion and the timely submittal of tax returns

- Control and coordinate activities such as taxation, credit policy, costing and expense control, audits including cost audit and administration of contracts

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance in the FMCG or FMCD industry. You have strong knowledge of IGAAP and SAP interface.

- Previously you have led teams in a Multinational environment. You have strong communication and the ability to think forward.
