JD for the position of Director with EY Mumbai in their Accounting Compliance Reporting department.

CTC : Upto 35 LPA fixed

Job description :

- Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) services, part of the overall Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) offering, are focused on helping companies meet their financial reporting requirements in the many countries where they do business.

- A tailored service and consistent methodology is required to deal with these issues, which we can provide. Our experienced ACR team has a deep understanding of all sectors, offering clients the latest global insights into regulatory requirements.

- We are looking for managers and senior managers to join our teams across MENA to help build a bigger practice.

- You will be responsible for the overall development and management of ACR business. Manage assignments covering preparation of financial statements, payroll processing and all facets of Accounting including assisting with the budgeting process and management reporting.

Specific Areas of Responsibility :

- Develop ACR practice in the office through internal / external opportunities.

- Report to the ACR Partner on targets and progress

- Manage ACR clients- scope and deliverables through in-house team or a virtual team

- Manage relationship with the client personnel

- Working towards process improvement

General Responsibilities :

- Be a visible team leader

- At least 10 years professional experience, with 2 years as a Manager

- Planning and budgeting experience

- Managing a large team

- Experience in large ERP packages

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Manage team expectation and resolve people issues on ground

Professional Certificate : CA, CPA, ACCA
