Director Accounting will drive:
- Establishment of standard delivery model across all Record to Report verticals
- Lead the establishment of a Controllership function that will work closely with the Record to Report team.
- Build technical proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS in the team.
- Articulate a clear team vision that aligns with the company Corporate objectives.
- Drive automation in the routine transaction areas in accounting.
Professional Skills/Experience
Must have:
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Strong Technical accounting skills
- Must have been in a leadership position at least for two years.
- Exposure to transformation projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in effectively dealing with senior global stakeholders.

Prefer:
- Experience in the software industry.
- Experience with a US base multinational company
Basic Qualifications:
CA qualified, CPA or equivalent qualification having relevant experience.
