Director - Account Management - Digital Business - BFSI Domain
Account Manager for India Business for below mentioned location and Domain.
Must have:
- Strong experience in specific Vertical- Digital Business / ecommerce/ BFS/ Insurance.
- To work closely with the Client Partner and delivery team in managing the customer Proven examples of thought leadership and innovation
- Strong command and control on communication
- Solid understanding of delivery & execution methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- P&L management of existing accounts - sustain and grow business, client relationships and operations
- Develop account penetration strategies, develop client relationship, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals
- Building relationships across various levels in the Client organization and should be able to develop exec level relationships in particular.
- Provide thought leadership / innovation in managing strategic customers
- Manage client expectations, provide updates to the senior management, participate in steering review meetings
- Identifying strategic initiatives that help Client's business achieve their goals and drive transformational programs
- Overall customer satisfaction within Client organization.
- Act as the single owner for the engagement from Company standpoint
- Collaboration with internal units within Company to ensure Client objectives are met
- Focus on the strategic initiatives and ensure value to business is being provided - bring in the technology and domain groups to work as one team
- Team management in terms of morale, work-life balance, mentoring etc.
- Ensure adherence to quality planning, processes and procedures by conducting project/program review
- Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project teams to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully
- Utilize people to ensure delivery of output at the optimum resource cost considering span/pyramid
Skills Required
- Strong exp in Account Management with prior experience of working with India customers.
- Should have managed Tech / Digital Business customers extensively with latest trends(Business and Technology)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - ability to interface with CXO community and business leaders from customer organization
- Broad and deeper technological experience at an enterprise level
- Experience of leading large teams (50+)
- Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution- A natural leader
- Good Negotiation Skills, Self Starter, Self Motivated and high Energy person with a passion to achieve his goals. Should be Result Oriented Very articulate/ excellent on written / spoken communication
