ROLE:

- Seeking a Director - Account Management to join our team of talented Advertising professionals.

- You will be responsible for all aspects of a client's business, acts as primary point for senior clients, and team lead. You will lead a team of account managers and drive smarter ad solutions. As a skilled project manager,you would motivate the group to meet deadlines on many delegated tasks.

- This opportunity will allow you to apply your advertising expertise to identify and implement new solutions within company's ad serving technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Service:

- Manage and own client relationships on portfolio of accounts

- Primary client contact

- Client retention and satisfaction

- Build and nurture relationships with client partner agencies, ensuring collaboration, strong partnership and a united vision to achieve client business objectives

- Manage client expectations within agreed upon deliverables

Leadership:

- Successfully lead account team (teams of approximately 4-6 resources)

- Establish culture of excellence and quality output

- Lead by example and foster an environment of collaboration and team work

- Embrace company's culture, mission and vision - embody it and action it

Management of Financials:

- Monitor financial health of accounts

- Responsible for monthly invoicing /billing for client

Strategy and Innovation:

- Conceptualize creative strategies and pro-actively provide ideas - act as a strategic partner to the business

- Work closely with the strategy team, to understand client's business and competitive landscape, and develop business direction/strategy

- Able to understand consumer insights and apply results to planning process

- Lead third party research studies, e.g. Nielsen, Millward Brown ad effectiveness studies, combined with internal research to help optimize the system

- Combine data analytics, campaign results and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives

Media Planning:

- Solid understanding of online and offline planning

- Skilled interpretation of client briefs and writing strategic plans, establish strategies to meet objectives

- Extensive understanding of different media channels

- Approve media plans

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7+ years of advertising (preferably digital) experience of handling client relationships

- Master's Degree (Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications)

- Deep understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and measure performance of Digital, TV, Radio and Programmatic advertising campaigns

- Strong presentation skills with confidence in front of large groups

- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration

- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels

- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills

- Creative, - out of the box-, thinker with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
