Job Description:   The Account Leader is responsible for successful management and delivery of operations supporting our onsite Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution at one of the world's most premium payment and financial services customer in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR. The position involves providing direction to the recruitment team, daily account management, team development, issue resolution and administration. The Account Leader works directly with the client liaison.  Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:  - Accountable for providing recruitment process related solutions to client and Account Operations   - Qualifies new client resources for cultural, financial and experience fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and the screening criteria defined by the client   - Partners with client to assess hiring volumes and resource staffing scalability   - Resolves all program issues with client and internal team and escalates issues for rapid resolution   - Coordinates AGS/Client on-boarding and training schedule of new employees   - Responsible for all customer relations, client negotiations, and program issue resolution as appropriate   - Participates in strategic initiatives, such as organizational change, department staff planning and process improvement   - Assures that all program personnel are adequately trained on client processes and tools required for successful role execution   - Estimates time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully achieve program objectives   - Provides monthly reports on YTD client spend and estimated future cost   - Conducts frequent status checks with key constituents and team to assess progress   - Prepares and delivers weekly and monthly status reports to Allegis Group Services and client senior management on all program activities and issues   - Responds to inquiries from client and employees regarding personnel policies and procedures   - Partners with client on performance issues, manages performance improvement meetings and implement corrective action or termination of program resources   - Has a supervisory responsibility of all RPO personnel such as hiring performance, and/or pay reviews   - Promotes professional growth and development of onsite employees   - Responsible for complying with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to process requirements, and advising management, employees, and client on needed actions   Education and Experience:  - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field   - Other related industry designations, certificates, licenses or course work helpful   - Cumulative 15yrs+ of experience within a recruiting function   - Minimum 5 yrs+ experience in a leadership role in managing and heading PnL, Growth Strategy, Customer Relationship and large team sizes in excess of 50+ people  - Experience with client management, change management, communication, and guidance   - Strong knowledge of relevant technology (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems)   - Proven track record of success in working and dealing with client relationships   - Proven experience in Developing and Implementing HR processes and recruitment delivery strategies  Skills:  - Thorough understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing, financial implications and benefits   - Ability to engage and communicate with executive level clients and to develop strong client relationships   - Ability to solve problems and present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management   - Maturity to handle conversations and requests with senior executive level business leaders   - Resourcefulness and ability to coordinate and lead many moving parts and resources toward a common goal   - Willingness to initiate hands-on involvement and stretch skill sets in areas of: organizational development and administration, forecasting hiring needs from approved staffing plans, prioritization of request fulfillment, reporting and Tracking of all HR and Talent Acquisition activity and basic technology implementation   - Flexibility to change dealing in dealing with fluctuation hiring volumes   - Ability to identify and diagnose recruitment and delivery issues   - Excellent Customer relations skills   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - examples where possible   - Ability to provide support, training and guidance to onsite RPO personnel
