Sr. HR Associate- Payroll  Purpose of Role :   Sr. HR Associate is responsible for overseeing payroll and statutory compliance related activities for the company. This position serves as a primary contact with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure systems are running smoothly and to resolve any issues.   Job Responsibilities :   - Coordinate with external payroll vendor for payroll processing, Flexible pay scheme & statutory compliance  - Responsible for calculation of full and final settlement for employees parting ways with the organization  - Come up with creative ideas to design attractive compensation structures   - Responsible for smooth functioning of the increment process during the Annual Performance Management Process   - End to end management of Medical, Accident and Term life Insurance policies   - Responsible for responding to employees with respect to payroll and insurance related queries   - Responsible for presenting the compensation and benefits structure at the time of new joinee induction   - One point of contact incase of payroll and statutory compliance audits  Competencies :   Functional competencies :   - Proficiency in MS Excel and Power point  - Functional knowledge of Compensation anhd benefits administration  - Knowledge of Statutory and Labour compliances  Behavioral competencies :   - Good communication and interpersonal skills   - Ability to plan, prioritize and organize  - Strong analytical, logical and numerical aptitude   - Strong negotiation skills  Relationships :   - Reports to Manager - HR  - Internal interface : Business Heads, Functional managers, Support functions, new joinees, exiting employees  - External interface : Payroll vendor, Bank Manager, Insurance broker  Work Experience :   - Exposure to payroll administration and statutory compliance with 2 - 3 years of experience from any industry  Educational Qualification :   - Graduation in Commerce
