DirecTech Labs is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team! This role will play an integral part in the building, growing and nurturing of our new predictive analytics startup. About You: - You have related BS or MS degree from a Tier 1 or 2 University - You have 2-5+ years experience in a talent acquisition or leadership hiring role working with a reputed technology or internet company. - You are able to attract and onboard the best-in-class technical talent available anywhere - You have excellent communication and presentation skills - You don't shy away from a challenge, are curious and looking to make a big impact - You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty - You know how to spot an issue (technical or interpersonal) and can tactfully and effectively resolve it before the pressure starts to build What You- ll Do: - Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and onboarding. - Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals. - Build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline - Organizing special events that assist in the hiring process - Research and understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process What You'll Get: - An amazing company culture that encourages creativity, personal growth, work/life balance, fun, and teamwork. - The chance to work for a data company building data products. - Working with A Players across the organization. - Huge opportunity to build something from the ground up for an industry who is begging for a solution.
