The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced start up environment, and proactively taking up responsibilities in the broad employee engagement area. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Manage recruitment and hiring process. Sourcing and Shortlisting of CV's for specialized technical roles, coordinating hiring process etc. 2. Drive the hiring and employee management processes for the Noida based team 3. Design and implement suitable training programs working with Analytics and Engineering leaders 4. Co-ordinate payroll and reimbursement related processes for employee with Finance & Leadership Team 5. Drive Employee Engagement, organize office meetings/parties etc.
