Direct Taxation Role - Manufacturing Industry

Technical Experience:

- Responsible for handling Direct Taxation

- Prepare replies to showcase notice and demand raised by tax department

- Appearing for hearings in department

- Handle Tax Audit and Income Tax return filing

- TDS return filing

- Good understanding of related party transaction and transfer pricing

- Follow regulatory changes and impact on the company

- Should be able to handle and review financials

- Audit done for own area of work.

Skills:

- Hands on experience of SAP tool and proficient in MS office including Excel and Word

- Good at Written & Verbal communication.

- Strong Interpersonal skills in managing Internal & External stakeholders.

- Excellent Drafting skills

- Good Analytical skill

Educational Qualification - CA Final/CA Inter/M Com
