Direct Taxation Manager - CA - FMCG

We are looking for direct taxation manager for MNC FMCG company based at Mumbai

Job description

- Monitor legislative developments to ensure proper corporate response from a tax compliance and tax optimization perspective

- Ensure the objectives of tax function is achieved in compliance with local tax requirements

- Ensure fiscal policy of the group is applied

- Manage tax audit

- Identify opportunities for streamlining or redesigning processes or structures

- Provide support to operational employees on tax issues

Desired Skills and Experience

- Academic qualification – CA or Law

- 5 – 7 years of work experience in industry or Big 4

- Expertise in direct tax, withholding tax and transfer pricing

- Able to represent to tax authorities

- Must be able to travel 20% of time to locations inside and outside India

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with persons at all levels

- Good oral and written communication skills.
