Responsibilities - To determine TDS liability of the company and depositing the same on timely basis - To file TDS returns on quarterly basis. (24Q, 26Q, 27Q and Equalisation Levy) - To prepare documentation for any notices, scrutiny, appeals etc and represent the company in department. - Prepare Tax audit report with relevant annexures. - Prepare the computation of the company and file the income tax returns on timely basis. - Prepare 15 CA/CB form and file the same on the income tax portal and maintaining proper record of the same. - Interact with the tax Consultants and Advocates for advice and representations. - To keep abreast with various changes in law and to inform the management about the impact of the same on the company - Suggest and inform management above the various benefits available in law and help company taking the benefits of the same. - Preparing Tax MIS/dashboard on monthly basis. - Responsible for all the GL Accounts coming with in the ambit of Direct Tax You Should Be: - CA qualified with minimum 6+ years of experience in the field of Taxation - Proven working experience in the start-up ecosystem is preferable - Thorough Practical knowledge of Direct Tax and other compliances is pre-requisite. - Stakeholders Management is an expected trait
