Job Responsibilities :

- Handling of income tax assessments of TML and subsidiaries

- Handling of income tax appeals of TML and subsidiaries before the appellate authorities

- Handling transfer pricing matters including transfer pricing assessment and transfer pricing appeals

- Overall handling of income tax matters of various subsidiaries

- Liasioning and representation before income tax department on a regular basis for getting pending matters cleared i.e. refunds, rectification orders, order giving effect to appellate orders, etc.

- Liasioning and briefing advocates for appeals in Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and High Court

- Handling of advance tax, tax provision, deferred tax, contingent liability, preparation of computation of income and filing of tax returns, wealth tax, etc.
