Direct Taxation

- Should have Multi-National Companies, Indian Companies, Expatriate’s, HNI’s.

- To execute obligations/role of the trustee in various transactions involving loan /debenture issuance

- Should have proper knowledge about Direct Taxation-income tax, Tax Return ,Tax audit,

- Compliance of various contractual/statutory/regulatory requirements as trustee,

- Should have a proper knowledge about domestic and international clients.

- Management of escrow accounts /trust and retention accounts

- Management of banking operations

- Effective communication with the clients/lenders and investors

- Giving Details to Tax Consultants for filing return of income, Having Control on TDS Payments and E-TDS Return filing

- Prepare and issue letters/consents/NOCs etc

- Handling of escrow accounts/trust and retention accounts

- Handling of banking operations in terms of transaction documents

- Advise on operational issues/ matters related to the transactions

- Advise and provide support in structuring of any deals especially with respect to operational activities involved therein and assist in associated negotiations

- Co-ordination with clients /lenders/investors

- Assist legal and marketing team in evaluation of operational work involved in any transaction .

- To analyze and assess contractual obligations under the trustee and other security documents/agreements,

- Should have a proper Knowledge about balance sheet, Profit & loss.

- Effective execution of contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations and prepare/maintain monitoring database capturing key events

- Providing Details to Tax Consultants, Collecting Details from Client and preparing report.
