Opening In a Consulting Firm for direct tax and international tax

Location: Mumbai(Goregaon)

Working Days: 5 Days( All Saturday and Sunday off)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Job Description :

- Looking For a Chartered Accountant Having Experience Of minimum 5 Years in Direct tax.

- Candidate should Have Knowledge of Compliance.

- The candidate have knowledge of Domestic and international taxation.

- The Candidate Must be from Mumbai Only.

- The candidate must be chartered Accountant.

- It a big Consulting Firm.

- Communication skills should be Excellent.

- The candidate have Knowledge Of domestic Taxation also should have done Worked in Corporate groups.

- The Candidate must be Good technical interpretation and Drafting Of opinions.

- The Candidate Have Experience In litigation Representation upto CIT(A) and preferably Upto ITAT.

- The candidate Have good Exposure In international Taxation , Including Transfer Pricing , POEM, withholding tax etc.

- The candidate have exposure to structuring of inbound and outbound Investments.

- The Candidate Have experience in transaction structuring and advisory.
