Direct Tax Role - CA - Auto

Qualification: CA

- Experience: 8-15+ years of Industry experience of working with MNC / having International Business in manufacturing set up(Female candidates only)

- Industry: Preferably from large Manufacturing companies

- Reporting to: AVP Corporate Finance

- Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience

Job Description:

- Experience of more than 8-15 + years of independently handling all Direct Tax matters Should be well versed with all routine direct tax compliance such as advance tax computations, TDS, Withholding tax and annual corporate tax returns, Transfer Pricing studies etc as applicable for any MNC

- Working knowledge of Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax litigation matters and Ind As, ICDS etc

- Having expert knowledge of handling assessments, appeals, litigation etc wrt Direct tax area

- Experience of handling Direct tax operations of a company turnover of approx. Rs 8000-10,000 Crs and managing team.

- Exposure to all compliance and other regulatory matters like filing returns, submission of reports, accounting, handling audit from departments, statutory and internal auditors etc
