Advised on inbound transaction structuring for a Pharma major. This included advising on capital structuring, analysis of holding company jurisdiction, assistance in setting-up acquisition vehicle in and outside India, making application before regulatory authorities, review of transaction documents and assistance in transaction closing from tax and regulatory perspective 3. Advised on outbound structure for Clients involving understanding of the tax and regulatory provisions of overseas jurisdictions 4. Advised on share swap in the hands of resident shareholders. As a part of strategic transaction, Indian Resident individuals held shares in foreign company in excess of limits prescribed under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme 5. Restructuring services including rationalisation of entities in tax and regulatory efficient manner 6. Conducted tax due diligence of corporates from various sectors on complex transactions from both buy side and vendor side 7. Handled implementation of schemes Candidate Requirements 1.
