- Responsible for building the brand for customers and attracting great talent to DiLytics.
Drive the marketing initiatives like:
- Digital marketing campaigns.
- Social media.
- SEO and superior web presence
- Content
- Account based marketing
- Lead the marketing research and demand generation functions to improve outbound and inbound leads.
- Take care of PR/AR.
- Collaborate with other teams to build collaterals and ensure brand consistency across the organization
- Build and coach a world-class marketing team
Desired Candidate Profile:
- More than 10+ years of experience in marketing for IT/ITES business in US / Canada / India regions
- Hands on experience in establishing and expanding the company's vision to out-execute competitors on thought leadership analyst/press relations, and content/messaging.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, for coordinating, networking & communicating effectively to both internal & external stakeholders.
- Engineering / MBA from the top ranked colleges in India.
- High energy and enthusiasm to build a great brand.
- Willingness to travel to US/Canada for short trips.
