Job Purpose : Today we are in the midst of a roller coaster high-speed growth trajectory. Recently with international expansion, we launched our strategy 2.0. We are currently looking for an energetic partner who will help the top management in developing a value creation road map for the next 5-6 years so that the right institutional investors join us during our growth journey. Finally, the true test of Digitos Next value creation will be the successful listing of the company. Key Role : - To work with the board and prepare the 3-5 years value creation road map - To develop and manage relationships with existing and potential fund houses and institutional investors especially for the Canadian and US markets. - To participate in the board meetings as board invitee to drive the NPS and value creation matrix targets across the organization. - To prepare a business plan, investor pitch documents and other information packages as needed by the board, investors and other stakeholders. - To lead as project sponsor to develop appropriate tools for increasing investor confidence. - To represent the company in various national and international investor forums. Profile/Skill Set : - The person with at least 5 years of experience in fundraising for high growth start-ups - Working experience in Canadian and US investors will be a big added advantage. - Entrepreneurial mindset is a must. - Experience in healthcare sector fundraising will be desirable. - Ability to work with investment bankers and other 3rd parties.
