Responsibility:

- Be responsible for driving the overall - brand building on digital media, across India and our International markets.

- As a part of this responsibility, drive the following 2 key agendas -

- Acquire new users for in India and our International markets.

- Drive consumption amongst existing users in India and our International markets.

A) Acquire New Users :

- Strategize, plan, execute, measure, monitor, optimize all paid digital advertising campaigns with a focus on Display and Video.

- Manage online marketing budgets

- Measure & report the impact of digital media campaigns on business.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these

- Ensure all campaigns are measured with the appropriate business & media metrics and are evaluated based on Return on Investment (ROI).

- Media buying to negotiate the best Ad deals from publishers & working closely with them on best practices implementation.

- Will be responsible for publishing periodic performance reports and review presentations

- Work closely with other teams in the organization - Product, Performance Marketing & Tech teams.

Drive consumption amongst existing users:

1. Driving the planning, executing and optimizing customer communication via email marketing and other owned media channels with focus on increasing engagement, retention and customer winback.

2. Understand consumption behavior and establish cross-selling and recommendation parameters.

3. Dive deep into campaign performance data like delivery rates, open rates, click through rates, conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills :

- Should have deep and up-to-date knowledge of Video, Display, programmatic advertising and other digital marketing avenues

- Should have an in-depth knowledge of the digital (web & mobile) advertising ecosystem in terms of publishers, ad networks, DSPs, Ad exchanges and advertisers.

- Should have worked on large scale digital marketing/advertising campaigns involving all paid marketing channels involving publishers like Facebook & Google (Youtube, GDN etc)

- Should have complete hands on experience of ad analytics tools; web analytics tools like Google Analytics and mobile analytics tools like AppsFlyer etc.
