Mandatory Skill Set : Experience required in Digital Transformation with Marketing Automation tools (like Marketo / Eloqua) in Product base companies . Qualification : MBA +B.tech(Computer Science) both from Top Institutes only. Location : Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities : - Participate in business user requirements &amp; understand the key operational &amp; data challenges of client's organization. - Reviews and prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution. - Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. - Oversee development of solution prototype - Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a pro-active manner. - Communicates needed changes to the development team - Develop clear application development and leverage strategy to improve compliance and user experience - Operating Network Internal : All functions and teams within the organization across India and overseas locations External : Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks Technical Requirements : - Must have good exposure to enterprise applications (like SAP), technology inclination - Good understanding of business processes in atleast one of the functions like SCM, Sales &amp; Marketing, Finance processes etc. - Exposure to enterprise applications modules (in atleast one area) a big plus - Exhibits confidence and extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. - Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC.
