Excellent Opportunity for Digital transformation _Manufacturing domain (10-18 yrs) for Bangalore/Chennai/Pune location - Be part of Manufacturing Digital Services practice within DTS - Practice Development & Solution Design. - Lead Manufacturing digital transformation projects globally for multiple accounts and/or multiple engagements - Responsible for business development efforts - response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and presales support - Be engaged in short but intense consulting, due diligences, PoC exercises to win the implementation project - Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design - Work with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces - Identify whitespaces and conceptualize solution areas through use case articulation, user story creation and wireframing - Strong understanding of innovation initiatives in the industry from operations standpoint - Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirement . - Domain: Process and/or Discrete Manufacturing - Lead solutions and delivery of innovative projects and helping manufacturing Clients (Hi-Tech , Automotive, Pharma , CPG, etc. ) to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, and experience by adopting Digital Transformation Levers. - Experienced in working with Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing concepts, Connected Manufacturing, IIoT, Connected Platforms, Edge & Cloud Analytics, Digital Twins, MES/MOM, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management etc. - Strong consulting, solution development skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities in Manufacturing domain with prior experience in developing manufacturing / Engineering shared services and Digital Operations operating models
