The candidate is expected to set up the practice for Digital SBU. The role will connect and work collaboratively with client leadership teams, CoE teams & support services to drive the operations along with owning the P&L Roles and Responsibilities - Work with the sales teams and Partners to build pipeline and achieve business goals. - Participate in RFIs, RFPs and solution presentations as needed. Enable delivery teams to ensure we have a strong delivery model to deliver Digital services. - Proven track record of Practice development, proposing digitization initiatives and driving Sales. - Lead the Digital business with the objective of moving the customers to Digital mediums of transactions. Develop strategies to launch new products and service's using Technology solutions (Mobility, Innovation etc.) - Assesses market intelligence by comparing company's services & offering vis-a-vis competitor's. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long - term services and solution sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. - Participating in technology strategy and planning activities, bringing current knowledge and future vision of technology, processes, and industry leading practices as related to business requirements and industry trends.
