Digital Transformation Manager - Manufacturing Processes - Pharma

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital integration and process optimization in Pharma manufacturing.

3. Lead the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and data analytics, to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

4. Oversee the adoption of digital tools for supply chain optimization, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

5. Drive cultural change and foster a digital mindset among team members.

6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the integration of digital solutions.

7. Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in Pharma manufacturing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

2. 10-15 years of progressive experience in digital transformation roles within the Pharma manufacturing industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital initiatives.

4. Strong understanding of Pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.

5. In-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and data analytics.

6. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
