Digital Transformation Lead - SCM Procurement

Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for Source to Pay procurement, aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of digital tools and solutions among procurement teams, providing training and support to maximize utilization and efficiency.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Source to Pay procurement process, working closely with stakeholders to implement changes.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to digital solutions, addressing resistance and fostering a culture of innovation.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate, select, and implement the right tools and solutions to enhance procurement processes.

Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics and reporting to track the performance of digital transformation initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all digital transformation efforts comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes.

Desired candidate profile:

- MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSCP) is a plus.

- Proven experience in procurement transformation, digital transformation, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of Source to Pay procurement processes and best practices.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
