- 8-10 years of experience in BFSI Industry in Digital Transformation and Innovation domain, with 3 years of experience in leading a team
- Experience in developing conversational capabilities in Mobile Apps, Website, WhatsApp and Voice based devices.
- Basic understanding & Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market etc and preferably worked with Banks, AMCs, Insurance Companies
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing Digital initiatives across Institution in driving sales, Automation, New-Age initiatives
- Developing a conversational interaction roadmap for the AMC including multilingual capability
- To ensure that automated customer response interfaces are available on all possible customer touch points (Website / WhatsApp / Facebook / Twitter / Call Centre etc.) . This should also include presence & use of new upcoming platforms such as Rich Mobile Communication, UPI 2.0 etc.
- Such touch points as above should be able to Generate Leads, Help in reducing cost, provide maximum generic information, aid the customer to automate submission of service requests and create a Buy Now & Cross Sell journey in a seamless manner
- To ensure uptime, maintenance & continuous improvements of all implemented conversational platforms leading to operational efficiency & cost savings
- Interaction with various internal teams to identify problem / challenge statements and find new age solutions for automating and resolving of such problem areas
- Driving traffic, build engagement and stickiness on all identified online medium.
- Setting up a process of periodic competitive benchmarking.
