Our Client is leading Consulting firm and they are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to lead a comprehensive digital overhaul across all functions of a prominent Oil & Gas industry player. This strategic role involves designing business processes, developing technology roadmaps, managing vendor selection, and overseeing the implementation of new systems. The project will require both onsite work in Libya and remote responsibilities, combining expertise in digital strategies with practical implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Process Design: Conceptualize and design business processes across various functions including HR, Finance, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Compliance.

- Technology Roadmap Development: Develop a detailed technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals.

- Statement of Need & RFP Development: Craft the statement of need and develop comprehensive RFP documents for vendor selection.

- Vendor Selection Leadership: Launch and lead the RFP process, evaluate vendors, and develop a detailed vendor selection report.

- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of selected technology solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.

- Post-Implementation Review: Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of the digital transformation and ensure the achievement of project goals.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects across multiple business functions.

- Strong project management skills, with experience in RFP processes and vendor management.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of digital technologies and how they can be leveraged to transform business operations.

Soft Skills:

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Strong team collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Additional Requirements





- This role will require interaction with various stakeholders, including vendors and industry partners.

- Industry Experience: Candidates with direct experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be preferred, given the industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Location: Mix of Onsite and Offshore (Onsite - Libya, 30%)
