We are looking for technology leaders who can drive world class Real Estate Tech solutions that provide unparalleled user experience and achieve global enterprise objectives.

Technology Skills:

1. Hands-on technical leader.

2. Expert in micro services, open source software, Java or .Net Core (preferably both).

3. Proven experience with AWS or Azure (preferably both).

4. Passionate about DevOps for Cloud, CI/CD, Cyber Defense and Agile.

5. Web and Mobile.

Other Requirements:

1. Extensive, demonstrable experience building complex consumer facing digital products and internal facing systems across web and mobile applications in demanding environments.

2. Experience in a senior leadership position responsible for building, motivating and leading high performing engineering teams (25+) in Agile environments.

3. Prior experience of working for a multinational organization, and collaborating across global time zones.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor and a technical lead.

5. Ability to see the big picture but execute at the micro level, when required, with minimal supervision.

6. Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities and to redirect direct reports and teams towards new objectives.

7. Capable of communicating complex, technical topics to a wide variety of audiences including organizational leaders.

8. Believes in a respectful and professional work culture that measures and nurtures excellence.

9. Strong analytical skills to be able to manage complex problems using a number of techniques.

10. Excellent Business Enablement, Change Management and Program Management capabilities.
