Job Responsibilities:

1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

2. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation

3. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

4. Get prospects/leads from the marketing team and convert them into paying clients

5. Develop the indirect sales channels

6. Pitch the product to prospects and provide the product demo

7. Analyse client requirements, meet potential customers, negotiate on price and close the sale

8. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

9. Report on sales metrics, forecast/ commits, churn & other key sales metrics

Job Specifications

Skills and Competencies:

1. Understanding of SaaS based solutions

2. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills

3. Strong negotiation skills

4. Excellent problem solving ability

5. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders; multi-task in a fast-paced environment

6. Ability to manage time well and perform under deadlines in a process-oriented environment

7. Structured thinking and attention to details

8. Entrepreneurial mindset with never give up attitude

9. Passionate about startups and internet

Qualifications:

1. Graduation/Masters, any specialisation

2. Past sales experience is helpful

3. Experience of managing senior stakeholders will be an added asset
