Digital Strategy & Research Consultant - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Job Description :

- 10+ years' experience in Digital Consulting, IT Consulting and Driving strategic programs like Innovation, Startup-acceleration and other IP development activities

- Engage with CXOs on a regular basis for compelling digital business propositions

- Bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our business and to our clients

- Conduct assessment to identify key issues and set of hypotheses to analyze and address those issues with right solutions. Data analysis to confirm hypothesis and present solutions backed by data

- Develop value proposition and business case for digital transformation

- Bring in perspectives of advanced technologies : Digital experience, Robotics (RPA), Data & Analytics (including AI and Machine learning), IOT, Connected Technologies and Cognitive Computing, etc. to enhance the opportunities for internal and external projects, and to support the firm leadership in determining and achieving long-term vision and goals

- Lead major digital enablement and re-engineering initiatives; conduct workshops and design interventions for clients

- MBA from tier 1 institute, consulting experience is must
