The client is a leading FMCG organization based out of New Delhi, with a very strong presence in India and globally. They have iconic brands under their portfolio and a sales force that is well entrenched across the country.

This is a new role reporting in to the Trade Marketing Head for the client. We are looking for a candidate who has had experience in digital initiatives in the consumer industry.

The ideal candidate would :

1. Have 4 - 6 years of experience

2. Be involved in digital initiatives in FMCG / consumer durables, or be from a digital agency catering to the consumer industry

3. Have past experience with initiatives that use digital platforms and technology to make the sales force more effective, and improve the flow of consumer insights and information from retailers and distributors to the sales force.

An ideal example of a good fit would be someone who has been involved in designing, deploying and marketing a sales tool for retailers and distributors in FMCG, or in any technological sales transformation projects.

This is NOT a digital marketing / social media handling / SEO / SEM role. Past experience in similar initiatives is mandatory.

You will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in exciting initiatives that directly impact the salesforce effectiveness, retailer relationships and topline numbers.
