Digital SCM

Key Responsibilities :

Drive client value creation

- Understand the client's business, priorities and leadership agenda

- Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client in Supply Chain

- Clearly understand client's requirements and design apt solutions by considering the inbuilt as well as configurable capabilities of Digital Supply Chain Solutions

- Involve in supply chain business process and requirement discussions with the client

- Work with the client in the design, development and testing of the supply chain implementation projects

- Work with project team to understand and define project requirements, project plan and solution design

- Provide estimates to project managers of complex work and resource requirements

- Design test scripts for configuration testing, create user manual and train users on the capability

- Provide final solution deliverables to the customer as per design

- Participate in customer liaison activities to ensure success of the project

Key Competencies and Skills :

- Rich experience in the Consumer Goods & Services industry with understanding of industry/digital/technology trends

- Working experience in developing the future digital strategy roadmap for Supply Chain

- Familiarity with Digital Planning/Digital Manufacturing/Digital Logistics & Warehousing solutions like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP

- Understand basic supply chain planning & fulfillment concepts focusing on Demand planning, Supply Planning and S&OP, and different issues involved in the supply chain management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong presentation and persuasion skills

- Experience of working in a consulting firm will be preferred

- Excellent customer facing capabilities, with experiencing in client relationships & an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.

Education :

- Master's degree in management or M. Tech from Premier Institutes

- B. Tech from Tier 1 Engineering Institute

Years of experience :

- At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience of working as a solution consultant/developer on Digital Supply Chain solutions

- Process knowledge of SC Planning/ Optimization

- Client facing, direct experience with client is preferred
