Job Description:
- Design, Develop, implement & drive marketing processes and campaigns across online & offline channels of a partner.
- Define customer segment level strategy & work closely with internal teams & partner to set up compliant processes for customer journey and life cycle with focus on superior user experience.
- Drive customer acquisition for enhancing penetration in given markets
- Provide & implement forward thinking practical ideas to enhance product adoption and revenue growth for every partner segment
- Responsible for increasing customer usage on digital platform
- Responsible for complete ownership of the campaign including new product launches and road map design.
- Use analytics to target segments & buyer personas for products.
- Ability to develop cross channel marketing strategies
- Analyze data from various sources & leverage it to enhance business & revenue generation.
- Product and process training at partner touch points segment wise.
- Customer Retention & achieve persistency matrix year on year.
- Measure ROIs & KPIs as defined.
- Relationship management with the partner.
- Manage end to end process from conceptualization to execution.
Eligibility.
- Tier 1 MBA School Mandatory.
- Experience in Digital Profile is a Must.
