Key Responsibilities Overall - The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all Digital projects from inception. - The incumbent will be responsible for identifying all stakeholders in the implementation of Digital projects for creating learning products and to work closely with them to ensure that the projects are delivered as per requirement and within project timelines. - The incumbent should be capable of ideating the new product and features on existing products (web + Mobile), which will drive more traffic or can be monetized. - The incumbent will work closely with the Implementation partner and internal business team. - The incumbent should be capable of understanding the Digital/Digital space and knowing the latest trends in the space. People: - Candidate must possess the ability to interface with all levels of management, have excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills, be able to follow procedures, work wellindependently or in a team setting, be adaptable to changes - Should be able to work with cross-functional teams for smoother operations - If an external agency is involved, the incumbent will also be responsible for handling the agency for all deliverables. - Have exposure on different ways of selling digital/Digital products. - Should be creative to build new features and product to drive traffic and revenue. Qualifications/ Requirements: - Candidate should have a minimum 5-7 years experience in product development with some project experience preferable. - Good knowledge on Agile - Scrum methodology - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA/Trello etc. - Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to creatively ideate on the Digital product - Must have worked at a digital/ Digital product company, having handled a specific/ bundle of products - Should be very organized with a sense of goal achievement - Should be proactive and show initiative to go beyond defined work deliverables
