A leading UK-and-Bangalore based business seeks exceptional Digital Product Manager to drive growth. The Carlton Institute is an established business being re-launched with an ambitious growth plan. You will be part of the management team, and will be expected to set out and implement a clear digital marketing strategy. Currently, we specialise in training beauty therapists and staff for the spa, salon and beauty industries in the UK. We have demanding growth plans and aim to grow within and beyond this niche.  This is a permanent, full time position, and the successful candidate will have responsibility for helping meet growth and revenue targets, and driving the company's digital marketing activities. Responsibilities will include digital and off-line marketing, with a focus on revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will work closely with the London-based management team and the initial focus will be on developing and growing the UK market.   Your responsibilities will include:  - Developing and implementing the marketing plan and strategy, and managing the marketing budget  - Managing all on-line activities including the website, SEM, social media, PR, email, CRM and maximising customer lifetime value, as well as managing marketing campaigns and promotions  - Measuring, monitoring, reacting rapidly, and reporting on the critical data and results of marketing activities. Intelligent collection and use of data is critical to success in this job.  - Production of written material for blogs, advertising, articles and press releases  - Implementation of customer and market research, analysis and solutions  - You will not need to carry out all of the above functions yourself, but will need to manage external providers who do carry out these functions for the business.   - Identifying new target areas  - Responsibility for off-line marketing including open evenings and training events  - Managing the marketing function including external agencies and, in time to build a team  You Will Need to Be:  A numerate and data driven product manager with at least 5 years hands-on experience of digital marketing. You will have had experience of the above areas in a B2C context, with a track record of success in growing revenue. Product Management experience at a leading online Portal in India will be a strong plus. Your skills will include hands on experience of analysis, reporting, use of marketing software, the ability to write copy and use the English language proficiently, as well as to create and manipulate webpages, and intelligent use of testing to continuously increase our knowledge and learning.
