Digital Product Manager - UI/UX - Consumer - Responsible for developing end to end D2C product journey - requirement gathering, writing BRD, managing UI design, managing development activity, UAT/CUG testing, backend integration, production movement, etc. - Developing DIY journey on partners' digital platform - Good knowledge of latest cutting-edge technologies, tools, process, framework, etc. - Collaborative - managing internal and external stakeholders - Should have understanding of insurance products - Analyse customer and product trends, using data for enhancing customer experience and business opportunity - Innovating new ideas, problem solving and analytical mind-set - Being abreast with the market and actively taking queues & building business opportunity - 6+ years of experience in Product Management role across industries like Fintech/FMCG/Ecommerce with experience in building gamification, community and platforms an advantage. - Have good exposure to managing end-to-end lifecycle of new product development. - Certification in project management will be an added advantage - Experience working with startups /Mid-tier organization is a plus What we are looking for in a candidate - Consumer Centricity, Growth & Entrepreneurial Mindset
