Job Location: BKC Product Manager - Digital CTC: 1000000 - 1200000 Job Description - Selasfora - a stealth mode product company is looking to hire a passionate Product Manager - Digital who wants to build next generation of lifestyle and consumer products - As Product Manager, you will work directly with strategic outside partners and cross-functional teams within Selasfora to craft delightful experiences that enable our customers to use our digital products. Responsibilities: - Work closely with cross functional product teams and strategic outside partners to help determine the best tactical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules - Identify, plan and prioritize Product Development and Product Launch - Lead the end-to-end success of projects from requirements definition through design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis - Coordinate cross-team efforts spanning engineering, sales, testing, creative solutions, analytics etc. - Identify new growth opportunities via quantitative research, UX studies, and reviews of industry standard methodologies - Proven ability for simplifying the complex, knowing how to derive 80% of the value with 20% of the effort Requirements - - Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience - 3-5 years of product management or equivalent experience - Demonstrated broad comprehension of programming, databases, infrastructure, machine learning algorithms and APIs - Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch - Empathy for high-quality and user-centered design - Above par communications skills to work with a diverse team of engineers, designers, specialists and end-users - Super-fast learner - Strong analytical abilities 1 - Methodical with ability to work with little or no direction Data Skill - - Advanced Excel - SQL - Ability to code (limited) - Wireframing
