- B.Tech from a Tier I institute/ CAs/ MBA from tier 1 institutes
- Hands on Experience of 5 years + Must have worked for 2+ years in in a Bank's Digital Department
- Should have experience as business analyst for a large Digital implementation banking projects
- Banking / Financial Services / Mobile & Internet Banking Domain understanding is essential
- Must have been involved in Digital (Mobile/Tab) application development / roll-out/ product management extensively.
- Hand-on API, Database Management, UX, Wireframing, designing thinking skills are a plus
- A thorough understanding of software engineering processes and methodologies is required
- Coordinate & collaborate with team members, IT support teams and business partners and identify the impact to the business for resolutions.
- Ability to multitask and support ad-hoc requests as requested by management and business partners.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Manage delivery and quality of work in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Proven track record of working successfully in a complex, highly integrated environment
- Understand complex business requirements and translates into technical specifications.
- Interact with Business users and understand their requirements
