Digital Product Manager - Life Insurance

Opportunity for Digital Product Manager with A Leading Life Insurance Company, Mumbai

Location - Mumbai

Job Role: A Product Manager specializes in a specific focal area (e.g., a single feature, functionality, or Channel) and serves as the team's principal owner for that area. PM performs nearly identical duties to PO, but with a narrower scope. They can advocate for user needs and gain a deeper understanding of the situation. They collaborate closely with the Growth PM and channel teams to ensure that user feedback and product priorities are met.

Responsibilities : 

- Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure team goals and objectives align with overall business goals, strategy, and roadmap.

- Collaborate with Growth PMs to document user requirements

- Work closely with lead Product Owner to establish the product area business value, support messaging, and communication.

- Prioritize and manage backlog items and maintain a backlog worth of multiple sprints ahead

- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into valuable outputs and outcomes.

- Create the user stories and acceptance criteria and UAT plan.

- Collaborate with SMEs for expert guidance and minimize risk factors within the user stories.

- Determine end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production

- Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos

- Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design

- Be accountable for driving team-specific Goals and communicate progress to stakeholders
